Concourse to Monona: Walk, Take Free Shuttle or Drive

The Monona Terrace Convention Center is 6 short blocks from the Concourse Hotel. It is an enjoyable 10-minute walk for anyone fit and healthy. A free shuttle (identified as "FFRF Concourse-Monona Terrace") will run back and forth beginning starting 5:30 p.m. Friday night until convention close, resuming at 9 a.m. Saturday until convention close. (Every half hour) Drivers can park at the Monona Terrace parking ramp, $3 flat rate on Friday night or all-day Saturday. There is a 2-hour Saturday lunch break (noon to 2 p.m.). Walk to close-by restaurants (south of Capitol or on Capitol Square, see Restaurant Guide) or take shuttle back to Concourse Hotel to lunch there or at State Street's plentiful restaurants.
