Accommodations

The convention hotel is the Concourse Hotel, One West Dayton St, Madison, Wis., 608/257-6000.

The FFRF room block at the Concourse Hotel is currently full, but you may call the hotel toll-free at 1-800-356-8293 or (608) 257-6000 to to find out the going rate. Mention "Freedom From Religion" to see if there have been any room cancellations.

The Concourse Hotel check-in is 3 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. The Concourse offers a free shuttle to and from airport (or other places as schedule permits; ask at bellstand). After your luggage arrives, phone the hotel at (608) 257-6000 for your ride. Shuttles run every 15 minutes. Make reservations at the bellstand to return to the airport. Return shuttles run on the half-hour and hour. Taxicabs run about $18 (15% tip standard) from the airport. The first-ever freethought billboard will greet you (coming and going) on East Johnson Street near Fordem Avenue (by Tenney Park)! Ask your cabdriver to clue you in and to slow down so you won't miss FFRF's pretty and provocative new billboards!
