Re: State/Church Complaints or Queries

If you wish the Freedom From Religion Foundation to pursue a violation of the constitutional separation of church and state, before writing or emailing us, please do your homework: briefly and clearly explain the violation, where and when it is happening, and the public official in charge. (For instance, if it is a violation in your local public school, please provide name of school district, school, principal, mailing address, as well as name of superintendent and mailing address.)

Send, fax or email any relevant news articles to the attention of Annie Laurie Gaylor. Please identify your city and state so we can look up prevailing law in your area. (If you are a Foundation member, please note that.) All information is confidential. If it is an emergency matter, phone the office 9-5 CST: 608/256-8900.
